I enjoy every moment, every question or challenge in life, just enjoying and living. After all, life is made up of questions and answers.

In my classes I enjoy helping people with their physical bodies, and I love to see how people try to do even mentally challenging exercises. Where there is effort, there is improvement.

I really enjoy working with children, watching their progress, watching their attitude expand, watching them grow.

I grow together with all people. They come to me to learn and we all learn.
