Yin & Sound Bath
Tuesday Evening | 19:30-21:00
Settle into a deeply restorative evening of release, reception, and integration. During this 90-minute session, you will be guided through a gentle yin yoga sequence created to ease tension, soften the body, and open energetic pathways, while the healing tones of crystal singing bowls surround you. This blend of stillness and sound invites deep rest, nervous system reset, and inner harmony. Allow the vibrations to carry you into the space between effort and ease, making this an ideal midweek ritual to return to yourself, soften, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
