
Tyke Riggs (he/him) is a heart-centered yoga teacher and space holder dedicated to helping others build a conscious connection with the body, breath, and inner world. With more than 800 hours of Yoga Alliance certified training and years spent in the spiritual heartlands of India, he blends somatics, subtle body awareness, and sacred movement into practices that gently return students to presence. His classes offer a grounded space to settle into sensation, support nervous system regulation, and move with intention — guided by the wisdom of the body rather than the mind. Through intuitive flows, deep stillness, and energetic attunement, students are invited to meet themselves with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. Beyond teaching, Tyke holds space for transformation, integration, and the ongoing path toward wholeness. When he is not leading classes or workshops, he also facilitates immersive teacher trainings through Blue Sage Yoga, a home for heart-led seekers and embodied wisdom.
