




“Space and Spirals: Backbends and Twists” invites students to explore greater mobility and clarity in the spine through progressive backbending and twisting asanas. With careful attention to sequencing and support, the workshop is designed to help participants develop both strength and sensitivity in areas that can often feel challenging, while deepening awareness of alignment and movement.
This morning workshop series offers an engaging introduction to core principles of Iyengar Yoga through themed, progressive sequences. It is open to students with at least one year of regular practice and provides a supportive environment for steady learning. Each session includes detailed instruction, the thoughtful use of props, and time for reflective practice, allowing participants to refine technique while building confidence and understanding on the mat.
