




This weekend retreat is designed for participants who have already completed at least one insight meditation retreat. Over the course of the weekend, you will be guided through the four brahmavihāra practices: good will (mettā), compassion (karunā), joy (mudita), and equanimity (upekkhā). Practiced alongside insight meditation, these teachings can support a more stable, open, and balanced inner experience.
Led by Jill Shepherd, the retreat offers a focused and supportive setting to deepen your practice and explore how these qualities work together in daily life and on the meditation cushion. Through guided meditation and reflective practice, attendees can cultivate greater happiness, steadiness, and peace of mind in a calm retreat environment.
