
These Wednesday classes blend the therapeutic focus of the Tensegrity Repair Series with playful movement and selected traditional asana forms. Each session offers a thoughtful space to slow down, reconnect, and explore how the body moves with greater freedom and support.
Much of the practice takes place on the floor, where oscillating movements help awaken the fascial web, encouraging elasticity, fluidity, and a more responsive quality throughout the body. Alongside this, participants will be guided through the seven vital principles of Vijnana yoga, with movement and breathwork practices designed to cultivate ease, presence, and clarity.
Open to everybody, this class invites both beginners and experienced practitioners to arrive as they are and discover a balanced, restorative approach to yoga.
