This 3-day residential workshop is open to cis women and to people assigned female at birth who identify as gender non-binary or gender fluid.
Set in the Downs, beside the wild ancient cliffs of the East Sussex coast, we gather to dance, sound, play, release our masks, and reconnect with our ancestral, untamed nature.
Blending deep exploration with playful practices and time to enjoy the surrounding landscape, this retreat offers a chance to step out of daily life and cross the threshold into our birthright of story, song, dance, and ritual, held within the timeless support of the women’s circle.
Together, we reconnect with the renewable power of the feminine and remember our shared roots, nourished by the natural beauty, delicious food, and comfortable surroundings of Florence House Retreat Centre in Seaford on the East Sussex Coast.
Each day includes two sessions of 2-3 hours, with space to pause, take walks, swim in the sea, weather permitting, or simply rest in the grounds or in the cosy indoor spaces of Florence House.
