With nearly three decades of experience, Natasha Frost brings a rich, compassionate approach to embodied work. As a qualified Speech and Language Therapist, Dramatherapist, Open Floor Movement teacher, and Embodied Voice Practitioner, she has supported people of all ages, abilities, genders, sexual orientations, and ethnicities across a wide range of settings.
Her work is rooted in the belief that the body holds deep wisdom. Through creative, movement-based, and voice-led practices, Natasha invites participants into a space of connection, reflection, and self-discovery. Her sessions encourage people to explore expression in a safe and supportive environment, while learning to trust their own inner knowing.
Warm, inclusive, and deeply attuned to individual experience, Natasha’s approach offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and others in meaningful ways.
