SUP Yoga Journey

Begin the day with a peaceful 7:00 am gathering at the yoga center, where you’ll receive breakfast to take away, along with a paddle board and paddle for the experience ahead. From there, the journey continues across the water toward a secret beach, creating a calm and memorable start to the morning.

Once anchored, the session unfolds with gentle yoga on the water, designed to help you move with ease, stay present, and connect with the surroundings. Pranayama follows, inviting deeper breath awareness and a sense of balance before settling into a restorative relaxation. This SUP yoga experience blends movement, breathwork, and nature in a truly unique setting, offering a refreshing way to begin the day in quiet, mindful connection.
