Over six weeks, this course offers a gentle introduction to foundational Buddhist concepts and practices, creating space for both personal reflection and shared learning. Participants are invited to explore meditation in a supportive setting where community is an essential part of the experience.
Designed for those who are new to the path as well as anyone looking to reconnect with the basics, the course combines practical guidance with an atmosphere of openness and connection. Each week builds on the last, helping participants deepen their understanding while developing a steadier meditation practice.
Along the way, there is an emphasis on learning together, asking questions, and discovering how mindfulness and community can support one another. This is an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and step into meditation with clarity, curiosity, and the encouragement of others.
