



At Transform to Bliss, we share practices, classes and workshops designed to help you return to your centre and reconnect with your natural state of bliss, Ananda.
Mondays 16:30-18:00
This gently unfolding Vinyasa class follows the breath and moves at a steady, spacious pace. Grounded in the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, it combines alignment, embodied awareness and stamina in a flowing sequence of postures. Students are invited to approach the body with curiosity and respect, while the mind is given space to soften, settle and clear. As the practice develops, a sense of grounding and inner openness may arise, deepening connection to the body’s natural intelligence.

In this slower practice, postures are held for longer, creating space to observe thoughts and emotions with greater clarity. The subtle energy centers, or chakras, are gently woven into the experience, guiding awareness from the physical body toward more refined layers of perception. The class gradually opens into stillness, where students are encouraged to rest in quiet and openness. From this place of presence, we enter the Spiritual Heart – Hridaya, where transformation arises through observation rather than control.

Movement has accompanied Natalie throughout her life, and she experiences it as a continual exploration of both self and the world around her.
Her yoga approach brings together this embodied foundation with inner and outer alignment. Guided by heart-centered awareness and deep respect for each person’s unique path, Natalie’s teaching invites presence, openness and gentle self-inquiry. Her warm, quiet energy creates a soft space in which exploration can naturally unfold.
She teaches Slow Vinyasa, Hatha and Tantra Yoga with a subtle, observant quality. Natalie encourages students to find stillness within movement and to carry these qualities beyond the mat into daily life.
With more than ten years of yoga study, her foundation is rooted in the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, bringing precision to her physical practice. She is currently deepening her work through advanced training in Tantra Yoga & Meditation, with a focus on subtle body activation and inner alchemy. Shaped by her time living as a Karma Yogi at Hridaya Yoga Center and by their non-dual teachings, she sees yoga as an offering toward a more loving way of being — one that nurtures inner and outer peace, reverence for all life and recognition of what unites us.
