We are welcoming Satu with deep gratitude for this immersive Shake The Dust Training — an exclusive offering taking place for the first time in Austria. This is a transformative, body-based practice from BODYHEARTMIND.
Through a guided, poetic inner journey that adapts to each theme of the practice, we move between continuous movement, deep stillness, release, and free flow.

Satu Tuomela
Satu has been teaching for more than 25 years and is known for her unique, heartfelt, and authentic way of sharing. Her focus lies in somatics and embodiment practices. As an experienced yoga teacher (ERYT500), she brings over 2,000 training hours and more than 13,000 teaching hours. She is a teacher trainer, the creator of Authentic Flow, Shake the Dust, and Embodied Yin, co-founder of the Embodied Flow™ Yin program, a Senior Teacher of Embodied Flow™, and a Reiki Master.
In 2023, Satu enrolled as a registered BMCA student and is completing a Somatic Movement Education Program (Body-Mind Centering), which she aims to finish by 2025.
Satu captivates with her intuitive, all-seeing facilitation, her shamanic roots, her goddess-like presence, and her deep love for classical non-dual tantric teachings. She is widely recognized for her exquisite relationship with music, harmonium playing, singing, humor, loving presence, somatic genius, extraordinary ability to hold space, and clear understanding of the human body and its uniqueness. Satu is devoted to non-dual philosophies and practices her sādhana with passion. Her special focus is on:
