RESET Mind sessions

Designed for those seeking a refreshing pause, RESET Mind sessions offer one hour of access to the ice baths, sauna, and relaxation areas during peak times. This intimate experience is limited to a maximum of 8 people per session, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere throughout.

To enhance the experience, guests will be welcomed with a zingy turmeric and ginger shot. The fire pit will be lit, adding a warm and inviting touch to the setting, and you are welcome to bring your own alcohol if you wish to unwind in your own way.

Whether you’re looking to recharge, recover, or simply enjoy a mindful break, these sessions provide a balanced mix of contrast therapy and relaxation in a small-group environment.
