

The yoga practice is based on the traditional Hatha Yoga system of physical techniques. Through static exercises (asanas) and breathing practices (pranayama), we not only train the body and its flexibility, but also stimulate the body's energy channels, balancing the energy body and the whole system. Yoga has a profoundly positive effect on our physical and mental health, boosting immunity, concentration, improving emotional well-being, neutralising stress and tension, and clarifying self-image.

Studies and experience: jun yuan qigong, yoga23, thetahealing, advaita vedanta, meditation. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years.
