Introducing a 5-night experience designed to restore balance, support renewal, and bring body and mind back into harmony.
Created as an immersive wellness escape, this retreat blends the healing wisdom of Chinese Medicine with carefully selected spa treatments and restorative therapies. The result is a deeply nourishing stay that helps you feel revitalised, energised, and aligned. For a more personalised experience, Focus Add-Ons are also available to enhance your retreat.
Please note that the Day Spa building, including the steam room, is temporarily closed for renovation. During this time, spa treatments continue to be delivered with the same care and personal attention expected at Gaia, and are thoughtfully relocated to private, tranquil spaces throughout the retreat.
Guests can still enjoy a deeply nurturing spa experience, with the pool and sauna remaining open as usual. Some intermittent noise may be experienced during this period.
