



Designed to support recovery after birth, this postnatal package helps new mums reconnect with their bodies in a safe, encouraging way. The focus is on reactivating the deep abdominal muscles, restoring balance, and improving alignment and posture, while also easing back and shoulder discomfort through a carefully guided workout. Progress is gradual, with challenges introduced step by step so you can build strength with confidence.
The package includes 2 x 30-minute one-on-one Pilates sessions, tailored to your individual postpartum needs and concerns. Your session times will be arranged to suit both parties, and you are welcome to bring your baby along. You will also receive 4 x Pilates group classes, where you can join our Gentle Pilates Group Classes, integrate at your own pace, and increase the level of challenge gradually under supervision and guidance.
