Enjoy a supportive, safe environment where you can reconnect with your body while strengthening the bond with your bub. The class invites you to move gently, stretch, and build strength, all while sharing a playful experience with your baby.
It offers parents a dedicated space to ease back into their bodies after welcoming their little one.
Alongside a few baby-friendly stretches, you’ll move into a flow designed for you, with restorative poses, mindfulness, and meditation woven throughout. The session is intended to help you feel balanced, supported, and refreshed as you continue learning.
The postures and meditations are selected to support the everyday demands of caring for a baby, while still making space for yourself.
Baby postures are introduced through a gentle, joyful mix of song and movement, with plenty of laughter and giggles along the way.
