




Designed for parents and little ones, this gentle class offers a supportive space to move, stretch, and reconnect after birth. While babies crawl, sleep, or play nearby, the focus stays on helping mummy tone and strengthen the body through safe, mindful pilates-inspired movement. It’s a relaxed and welcoming way to ease back into exercise without needing to leave your baby behind.
With a maximum of 12 participants, the session remains intimate and personal, allowing for a comfortable atmosphere and individual attention. Advance payment is required to secure your place, so booking early is recommended.
