Treat yourself to a Saturday morning yoga practice, some time for yourself and with yourself in the cosy space of the Boho Yoga House.
My vinyasa yoga practices are gentle, mindful, combining movement with mindful breathing.
Connecting with nature - its rhythms, breath, cycles - is very important to me in my practice. Just like in nature, everything in our body changes, moves, rests and is reborn. I invite you to meet that natural flow - without hurry, without expectations, with gentleness and care for your own state here and now.
Classes are for beginners and those familiar with yoga.
I invite anyone who is looking for a harmonious, body-centred practice where a caring relationship with oneself is central.
