BOHO Yoga House
Description
BOHO Yoga House is a space where body, breath and soul meet. Here, yoga becomes not only a physical practice, but also a journey to inner peace, awareness and self-knowledge.
In our studio we invite you to slow down, hear yourself and feel the harmony between movement and silence. BOHO's philosophy is the freedom to be yourself. Therefore, there is no room for rushing or perfection in our yoga house - only gentle presence in the here and now.
We offer a range of yoga practices from gentle hatha and yin to dynamic vinyasa and flow yoga. We also organise meditation evenings, breathing classes and themed weekend retreats.
Come as you are - there's always a place for peace at BOHO Yoga House. 🌿
