PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Begin your week with intention.
This intuitive, energizing all-levels flow takes place in our geodesic dome and is designed to support mental clarity, physical steadiness, and a grounded Monday morning. The class is guided by Abby Barker.
Each session begins with a guided meditation and/or breathwork to help you turn inward. From there, you’ll move into a gentle warm-up that builds into a dynamic standing sequence, including sun salutations and strengthening postures to create heat and focus. The practice closes with deep stretching, integration, and a guided savasana, leaving you feeling calm, clear, and centered.
Over the course of the series, the practice will gradually expand with new postures, themes from yoga philosophy, and simple tools to support presence in everyday life.

PARKING
Parking is available in the Nectar parking lot, just past Mist Thermal. Follow the signs to the dome when you arrive.
