Inversions Flow

This dynamic flow is designed around inversions, exploring movements in which the heart rises above the head. Expect a focused practice that may include forearm stands, handstands, chin stands, and neck stands, all woven together with flexibility work to support safer progress and greater ease in each shape.

As you move through the session, you’ll build the strength, balance, and control needed to approach inversions with more confidence. The practice also encourages body awareness and concentration, making it as mentally engaging as it is physically challenging.

Benefits:

• Builds upper body and core strength
• Improves balance, coordination, and body awareness
• Enhances circulation and supports mental focus
