


Private yoga sessions take place in the center of Vilnius and are tailored to your needs, abilities, and current state of well-being. Each session is designed individually so that you leave feeling refreshed, more balanced, and with greater energy in body, emotions, and mind. In my experience, the best results come from combining active and calming practices, as well as adapting yoga to your dosha type — the psychophysical personality structure described in yoga and ayurveda.
Each private yoga class includes the following elements:
At the beginning of the first session, we set aside about 15 minutes to talk about your expectations, needs, and any physical or emotional challenges you would like to ease or work through with yoga.
During a private yoga class, my full attention is on you alone, giving you space to ask questions and share your thoughts and experiences. Throughout the session, you will be encouraged to connect more deeply with your body, notice areas of tension, and release them. An open, relaxed emotional state, proper breathing, and mindfulness during practice are essential for getting the most benefit from yoga.
Requirements:
Languages – English, Russian, Lithuanian.
The recommended length of an individual yoga class is 90 minutes; 1-hour sessions are also available.
