Designed as a mid-week reset, this slow yet powerful Hatha practice invites you to expand into greater body-mind awareness. Inspired by Iyengar principles, the session focuses on precision, stability, and mindful alignment, helping you build strength while moving with intention.

Using blocks and deep belly breaths throughout the poses, you will be guided to fortify the body from the inside out while staying fully present in each shape. The pace allows time to refine posture, explore details, and settle into a steady rhythm that supports both effort and ease.

This is a grounding practice for anyone looking to deepen their connection to movement, breath, and awareness in a calm, structured environment.
