Movement is medicine, and the way we move matters just as much as the fact that we move at all.
Our bodies ask for variety and permission: room to breathe, open, reconnect, ground, and unwind. When we move intuitively, we allow the body to lead, and something subtle begins to shift.
As we lose ourselves in dance, we return to wholeness. We step out of the mind and back into the body. We arrive fully in the present moment.
