Embody & Rise: Dancing in Community

This gathering offers women a welcoming space to move, feel, share, and reconnect with themselves in the supportive presence of others. Through a guided, free-form dance and embodiment experience, participants are invited to explore movement, breath, and honest self-expression in a safe and uplifting circle.

Designed to encourage connection both inward and outward, the session creates room for authentic presence, gentle release, and shared energy. Rather than focusing on performance, it invites each woman to listen to her body, follow her own rhythm, and experience the power of community through movement. It is an open-hearted opportunity to reconnect, rise, and be held in a space of mutual support.
