In Evelyn’s weekly class, breath-led vinyasa is woven together with subtle somatic practices to create a balanced and mindful experience. The session is designed to help build strength, improve mobility, and support nervous system balance in a welcoming, steady flow. Suitable for all levels, it offers space to move with awareness and connect more deeply with the body.
