Evelyn

Evelyn is an Irish yoga teacher who has been based in Portugal for the past three years. She first turned to yoga as a way to support her healing from back pain and to manage anxiety, and the powerful impact of the practice inspired her to begin teaching in 2019. Since then, she has completed more than 600 hours of training and developed a teaching style that is creative, approachable, and rooted in vinyasa.

Her classes place strong emphasis on breath, alignment, and embodied movement, offering a balanced experience that supports both strength and ease. Evelyn’s approach is grounded, supportive, and welcoming, creating a space where students can explore movement with curiosity and build a more connected relationship with their bodies. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, her sessions are designed to feel accessible, thoughtful, and inspiring.
