
Evelyn is an Irish yoga teacher who has been based in Portugal for the past three years. She first turned to yoga as a way to support her healing from back pain and to manage anxiety, and the powerful impact of the practice inspired her to begin teaching in 2019. Since then, she has completed more than 600 hours of training and developed a teaching style that is creative, approachable, and rooted in vinyasa.
