Congleton Iyengar Yoga Weekend

Returning to this much loved yoga studio, this weekend workshop offers a focused and supportive opportunity to deepen your practice in a welcoming setting. Designed for those who enjoy Iyengar yoga, the sessions provide time to explore alignment, build confidence, and move with greater awareness throughout the weekend.

The schedule is as follows:

• Friday evening: 6:15pm to 8:15pm
• Saturday: 10am to 3pm, with a break for lunch
• Sunday: 10am to 2pm, with a break for lunch
