Community Acupuncture & Gong Sound Journey

Reset your nervous system and sink into a deeply restorative evening of community care.

Settle into lounge chairs with cozy blankets as you are gently held in a sound-rich atmosphere inspired by the natural world. During the session, Sonja will place tiny acupuncture needles on the wrist, feet, and/or ears, creating a calm foundation for relaxation. From there, the experience unfolds into a soothing sound journey with crystal bowls, gong, and chimes, designed to invite stillness, ease, and inner balance.

This immersive community session offers a peaceful space to unwind, soften tension, and be carried by vibration and sound.
