Gentle yoga for anyone who feels that “just relax” is no longer simple.
Ready to begin?
No intake is needed for the group class.
Do you recognize yourself in this?
If so, a calm, recovery-focused yoga class may be supportive. Not as another task to complete, but as space to slow down.
Slowing down instead of pushing through
Many people dealing with stress or burn-out try to recover by doing more: exercising, persevering, “letting go.” In these classes, we take a different approach.
The emphasis is on:

Frequently asked questions
Is yoga suitable for stress or burn-out?
Yes, as long as the class is calm and well adapted. When you are under stress or experiencing burn-out, doing more is often not the answer. That is why we do not work from performance, but from recovery, regulation, and a clearer sense of what is manageable for you.
What if relaxing has become difficult?
That is very common. Many people find that relaxation no longer comes naturally when stress or burn-out is present. In these classes, you do not need to master it right away. We build gradually, using simple practices in breath, attention, and movement.
How gentle are these classes really?
The classes are calm, clear, and recovery-oriented. There is no pressure to keep up or achieve anything. You are welcome to slow down, adapt, and pause whenever needed.
Do I need yoga experience?
No. You do not need any yoga experience. You also do not need to be flexible or athletic. The class is designed for people who want to begin carefully.
Can I combine this with therapy or coaching?
Often, yes. Many people combine these classes with support from psychology, coaching, physiotherapy, or other forms of guidance. Yoga therapy is complementary and can support recovery through both the body and the breath.
What if I become overstimulated quickly?
Then it is especially important that the level of input is a good fit. In the group class, there is room to participate gently and make adjustments. If the current amount of stimulation feels like too much, private guidance may be a better first step.
When is private guidance better than a group class?
Private guidance is often a better fit if your symptoms vary a lot, you go beyond your limits quickly, you are very sensitive to stimulation, or you need more individual adjustment before joining a group.
What does a class look like?
The class is built around gentle movement, breath regulation, attention practices, and moments of rest. Rather than forcing, you learn to notice what is possible and where recovery begins.
Can I try a class first?
Yes. You can start with a trial class for €10, so you can experience calmly whether the class and setting feel right for you.
