Yoga shaped entirely around your body, your goals, and your pace. With no distractions and no need to compromise, each session offers focused attention on what matters most to you.
60-minute sessions tailored to you.
In a private session, the practice is built around your individual needs. We can focus on specific areas you want to develop, work carefully with injuries or limitations, and move at a pace that feels comfortable for your body.
Every session is adjusted to suit how you feel on the day. If something doesn’t feel right, we change it. If you want to spend more time on a particular area, we can do that too.
This is a supportive space to explore your practice with dedicated guidance and attention. If you prefer a group setting, Hatha yoga and Yin yoga are also available in small groups.
First session: We begin with a conversation so I can understand your body, any injuries or limitations, what you hope to gain from yoga, and how you’re feeling on the day. We then move into practice gently, making adjustments as needed.
Ongoing sessions: Each session builds on the last while still responding to where you are that day. Some days may be more active; others may focus on rest and release. You receive what you need in the moment.
Between sessions: If helpful, I can suggest a simple home practice to support your progress. Nothing overwhelming — just enough to help maintain what we’re developing together.

How much do private yoga sessions cost?
Private sessions are £50 for 60 minutes. Packages are also available if you’d like to commit to regular sessions — get in touch to discuss what works best for you.
Where do private sessions take place?
They are held in my studio space in Little Keyford Lane, Frome. It’s a calm, private environment with everything we need. Home visits may be possible for mobility issues — just ask.
What should I wear / bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Mats and any props needed are provided. Just bring yourself and any information about injuries or health conditions.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on your goals. Some people come for a single session to learn the basics before joining a group class. Others prefer ongoing private practice. We can talk through what makes sense for you.
Get in touch to arrange your first session. There’s no commitment beyond that — you can see how it feels and decide from there.
