What is included in the retreat cost?
The daily rhythm is thoughtfully structured to balance movement, stillness, nourishment, and rest. Guests begin early with yogic cleansing, mantra chanting, and morning practice, followed by breakfast, workshops, lunch, afternoon asana and meditation, evening mindfulness, and dinner.
For longer stays, Ayurveda therapies are available to support personalized healing. The retreat also provides shared, deluxe, and private room options, along with tea breaks, hot and cold drinking water, 24/7 WiFi, teaching modules when required, and a day visit to a nearby spiritual site. Traditional music, pranayama practice, and sound elements are also part of the experience.
Food and lifestyle
The retreat follows satvik principles, with wholesome vegetarian and lacto-vegetarian meals prepared with care. The kitchen team focuses on purity, freshness, and balance, supporting clarity of mind, harmony in the body, and depth in spiritual practice.
Booking and payment
A 20% deposit is required to reserve your place. The remaining 80% balance must be paid before arrival, either online or on-site. Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred for use within 12 months of booking. If you leave early, any remaining balance may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, subject to review.
