BREATHWORK PRACTITIONER TRAINING
Get certified as a professional breathwork facilitator and take your practice to the next level.
If you feel called to work with the breath, this training offers a grounded and inspiring path forward. For therapists, coaches, healers, and anyone on a personal journey, it invites you to slow down, reconnect, and meet yourself and others in a more embodied, meaningful way. Breathwork is more than a technique: it is a powerful route to healing, self-awareness, and transformation.
Many people come to this programme wanting more than a new skill. They want to serve others, understand the body-mind connection, and offer something genuinely transformative. Breathwork can reach places that words alone often cannot, especially when anxiety, trauma, or emotional disconnection are present. When talking therapy reaches its limits, the breath becomes a bridge to deeper healing.
By training in conscious breathwork, you gain a practical toolkit for life. You learn how to navigate stress, access inner stillness, and show up for clients and community with greater clarity and confidence. Whether your goal is to run groups, support individuals, expand an existing therapeutic practice, or deepen your own growth, this certification provides structure, support, and inspiration.
A globally recognised, accredited training backed by science
This is a 9-month, 400-hour training accredited by both the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance and the Complementary Medical Association. It offers professional certification rooted in ethical, trauma-informed practice. You will explore both the science and spiritual dimensions of Conscious Connected Breathwork, learn to facilitate safe and effective sessions for individuals and groups, and receive guidance in building a practice that is healing and sustainable.
The programme combines online and in-person learning, personal mentoring, and a strong community of support. It is hybrid by design and prepares you to facilitate one-to-one and group sessions, online and in person.
