John Paul Mason

Based in Comrie, Perthshire, John Paul Mason leads Breathing Journeys as a “more than profit” organisation dedicated to spiritual journeys of healing and transformation for people who have experienced childhood sexual abuse.

Working through Rebirthing Breathwork, he supports both individuals and groups with one-to-one sessions, day workshops, and longer residential programmes. His approach is designed to help participants address the lasting effects of abuse while creating space to move toward the life they want to build.

John Paul Mason is a fully qualified Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner with broad experience across different healing and transformation approaches. Drawing on both professional training and personal understanding of the challenges sexual abuse can bring, he offers a safe and compassionate space for clients to gently transcend the impacts of trauma and reconnect with a fuller sense of enjoyment in life.
