Deborah discovered breathwork during a long healing journey after medical retirement from the Royal Navy in her late 20s. At that time, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, and complex PTSD had become overwhelming, yet breathwork and TRE® (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises, her other main modality) gradually helped her feel more grounded, safely embodied, and fully herself again. These practices continue to support her deeper connection to both self and life.
She is passionate about creating a safe space for clients to reconnect with themselves through breathwork and TRE®. Her trauma-informed background shapes the way she holds sessions, bringing a slow, calm, regulated presence that carries a nurturing “safe mother” energy. Deborah offers her work with love, kindness, and compassion to all who feel called to it.
As a breathwork trainer, she finds it deeply rewarding to support the next generation of practitioners, helping them grow into skilled professionals while also exploring their own healing journeys.
