PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This half-day retreat offers a transformative blend of somatic movement, grounding breathwork, guided writing, and Kintsugi-inspired art.

The experience opens with a slow, steady yoga practice designed to support the body as it moves into deeper inner work. From there, guided journaling invites you to write a letter to love or loss, which is then released in a shared fire ritual. In the art portion, you’ll create Kintsugi-inspired collage boards with ash, ink tones, and gold accents, reflecting the beauty of repair and the possibility of rebirth.

The retreat concludes with a tiny pocket altar, a symbolic keepsake to hold what you choose to carry forward.
