
Spend a restorative weekend immersed in yoga, coastal walks, and nourishing food in the company of Graham Burns. Across the retreat, you’ll take part in four extended yoga practices, blending asana in Graham’s relaxed vinyasa-based style with pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, and more. The program also includes talks exploring different aspects of yoga history and philosophy, offering space to deepen both practice and understanding.
Alongside the structured sessions, there will be plenty of time to unwind: walk along the cliffs, rest as needed, and enjoy relaxed conversation with friends around the fire. Guests will also be treated to Florence House’s much-loved vegetarian cuisine, with meals beginning at Friday dinner and concluding with Sunday lunch.
Please note: some yoga experience is essential to fully enjoy this weekend, as it is not suitable for complete beginners.
