Set in a peaceful retreat center surrounded by Bali’s lush mountains and cool misty air, the training creates space for focused study and reflection. Removed from the noise of the crowds and close to nature, it supports both learning and personal growth in a calm, restorative setting.
This Yoga Alliance recognized 300-hour certification includes 28 days of intensive training, modern comfort, and full facility support. On training days, participants enjoy three nutritious vegetarian meals each day.
Building on your previous certification, this advanced training places deeper attention on personal practice, philosophy, sequencing, anatomy, and adjustment and alignment. Through daily mentorship and practice, you will refine your teaching voice and grow in confidence.
The course also includes Yoga Nidra sessions, an introduction to the Ayurvedic diet, an ice bath experience, and a Business of Yoga workshop.
Accommodation is available in Pelaga, Bali, at Pelaga Resort, located in the mountains at an elevation of 650–750 meters. Nungnung Waterfall, one of Bali’s largest, is just 8 km away, while nearby plantations within 3 km offer a glimpse into organic coffee-producing traditions.
