About Teacher

Neha brings a warm, infectious smile and a naturally caring presence to every class. Her gifted teaching style and graceful energy invite students to explore different styles of yoga with confidence and curiosity.

Credentials & Education

With a PhD in yoga and cognitive functions of the brain, she brings a deep understanding of awareness cultivation through the right tools and principles of yoga. She also holds a Master’s degree and a PGDM in Yoga Science, along with more than 10,000 teaching hours in yoga teacher training.

Teaching Philosophy

Neha is a committed yoga teacher who creates a safe, inclusive space where students can explore their practice freely. She honors each student’s individuality and adapts her teaching to suit their needs and goals. Through thoughtful modifications, variations, and personalized guidance, she helps students discover balance, strength, and inner peace on their yoga journey.

Experience

Her yoga background spans a wide range of settings, including hospitals, community health centers, yoga research labs, university teaching as a visiting professor, teacher training, and retreats in India and abroad.

Additional Qualifications

Neha is an E-RYT 500 and holds a PhD in Yoga and Science of Living. She has over 10 years of teaching experience and specializes in asanas, alignment, yoga anatomy, and Ayurveda. She encourages students to develop presence and self-compassion, supporting a deeper connection with body, mind, and spirit. She also holds an MSc in Yogic Sciences and a PGDM in Yoga.
