Rama

Rama

Description

Rama walks the path of Tantra with a clear intention: to awaken transformation and broaden the way people relate to spirit, embodiment, and freedom. For her, Tantra is not something to achieve, but a way of being — a return to the natural freedom that already lives within each person.

Her spiritual path first opened through Ayurveda, the science of life, which brought her into a powerful cycle of purification, balance, and healing. Ayurveda transformed her understanding of body, mind, and energy, and became the base of the wisdom she now shares. Through this tradition, she came to understand the real keys to balance, longevity, and rejuvenation — not simply living longer, but living in a healthy, harmonious, and joyful way at every stage of life.

Before Tantra, Rama followed the path of a traditional yogini, spending years in disciplined practice and devoted sadhana. Through self-restraint, self-inquiry, and transcendence, she became the yogini she had once imagined. Yet when the question arose, “And now, what lies beyond?” the doorway into Tantra opened naturally.

Where yoga refines, uplifts, and transcends, Tantra receives, unites, and expands. Yoga guided her toward the light; Tantra taught her to rest in wholeness, including both light and shadow. This unfolding became a continuation of her spiritual journey and the essence she now brings to her students.

Rama is also a devoted mother, and this role is beautifully woven into her path. For years, her students ended each YTT with the loving chant “Mama Rama.” Many described her as carrying the energy of Durga — strong, protective, and deeply supportive. That shared love became part of her daughter, Talya, whose name means to bloom. Motherhood deepened Rama’s devotion and expanded the compassion she offers in her teachings.

Today, Rama lives and teaches from the meeting point of wisdom traditions: the clarity of Ayurveda, the discipline of Yoga, and the spacious freedom of Tantra. Her intention is simple and steady — to guide seekers toward inner liberation, conscious embodiment, and a life lived in harmony with all that is.

Rama’s work is rooted in transformation, freedom, and a deep love of life. Her journey began with Ayurveda, the practice that initiated her process of purification, balance, and profound healing. Years of dedicated yogic discipline and committed sadhana led naturally into Tantra, the path of wholeness and being. Known for her nurturing Durga-like presence, Rama embodies both strength and compassion. She shares timeless principles of harmony and balance, guiding students toward inner freedom and radiant wellbeing.
