Enter Georgia’s field of presence and you immediately sense the steady force of a life devoted to sādhanā and spiritual refinement. She left a conventional career behind to answer the call of the East, spending more than four years in Rishikesh immersed in seva and intensive study with a respected Himalayan master. Through this path of devotion and self-inquiry, she has become an E-RYT 500 teacher and Master in Integrated Yoga, carrying a deep and uncommon reservoir of ancient wisdom.
Georgia’s work centers on the dynamic practices of Kundalini Kriya Yoga and Shakta Tantra, drawn from three distinct lineages to support a powerful awakening of energy. Her training includes meditation, breathwork, Laya and Sūfī movements, Sākta Tantra, Kriyā Yoga, and Nāda Yoga. She offers more than a physical practice, guiding a complete and embodied experience informed by Vedic śāstras such as the Bhagavad Gītā and Upaniṣads, as well as healing traditions including Reiki, Pangu Shengong (Qì Gōng), and ancient shamanic initiations.
Working with Georgia is not simply about movement; it is an invitation into a deeper journey of awakening. She creates a supportive space for radical self-awareness, energetic release, and the integration of mind, body, and spirit. Through movement, breath, and meditation, you are encouraged to move toward greater clarity, purpose, and balance, leaving each session feeling inspired, empowered, and aligned with your authentic self.
Georgia serves as a guide to inner freedom, bringing more than two decades of dedicated yoga practice and three decades of meditation practice into every session. After spending four years in the Himalayas studying directly under a Himalayan master, she developed a rare depth of insight shaped by lived spiritual immersion. With special focus on Sākta Tantra, Kundalini and Kriya, breathwork, meditation, and Yog-Vedantic Philosophy, Georgia offers a transformative space to release what no longer serves you, awaken inner power, and connect with your soul’s highest purpose.
