Holding a Master’s degree in Yoga from Uttrakhand Sanskrit University, he combines traditional yogic wisdom with a grounded, accessible teaching style that supports students of all levels.

Over the past 8 years, Mayank has taught in an international environment, enriching his perspective and helping him connect with diverse communities around the world.
