"This training has truly changed EVERYTHING for me. It's shifted how I look at myself and the things that go on in my mind. It's given me a confidence I never knew I had and it's made me feel seen and heard and loved TRULY for who I am for the first time in possibly my whole life. I feel strong, and connected on a level I never could have dreamed of. I came into this not knowing if I wanted to teach, it was a personal journey for me but it's because of the SUCCESS of the personal journey that I can't imagine any greater joy or honor than to share yoga with others. THANK YOU!" – Brownwyn

This immersion is designed to prepare and certify you to:
In this section, you’ll explore a wide range of asanas and learn to embody and teach them through the lens of functional anatomy. Multiple yoga styles are practiced and taught to support both your growth as a student and your confidence as a teacher. Breathwork is approached experientially, helping you connect more fully with the life force within. You’ll also develop a steady meditation practice while discovering the benefits of different pranic and meditation techniques in paradise.
This training examines functional anatomy and physiology as they relate to yoga. Through the musculoskeletal and bodily systems, you’ll study postures and sequencing in ways that support accessible, informative, and safe teaching.
Yoga is the union of mind, body, spirit, soul, and self. Guided by ancient yogic philosophy, you’ll move through the 8-limb path outlined by Pantanjali and reflect on how these teachings can live in the modern world. Meaningful conversation and community are central to this part of the training.
During the training, you’ll build practical teaching skills, from holding space to cueing and sequencing. You’ll learn how to craft memorable classes that inspire students and support them to return again and again.
Apply what you’ve learned through teaching and observation.
This section offers honest conversations about life after teacher training, including professionalism, kindness, compassion, boundaries, and the business of yoga. You’ll leave with resources to support your path as both a teacher and student.
Whether your goal is to teach or simply deepen your practice, this experience is designed to open your wild heart. Along the way, friendships often become one of the most meaningful parts of the journey, alongside the relationship you build with yourself.
By the end of the training, you will be able to teach a full class safely and confidently, and meet yourself and others with greater grace and compassion. The program meets Yoga Alliance requirements for a 200-hour RYT certification, allowing you to register with YA and pursue work as a full- or part-time yoga teacher.
This is a highly experiential training that asks for full participation and openness to learning in different ways. Because the process can be emotionally active, participants should have the emotional intelligence to process and hold their experiences appropriately.
Students are not required to have an advanced practice or mastery of any specific pose.

"This training liberated me! Through different ways, little by little I explored and released some constructive ways of thinking about what it means to be a spiritual teacher. Thank you for your patience as I (and my ego) tested and pushed against the boundaries. The following words are excerpted from the letter that you had us write to ourselves when we began training. On that morning of our last day of training, as I read the words I had written to myself I gasped in awe at the wisdom of myself. What a wonderful gift you have given me through this exercise. I thank you for that. I feel not so much changed by the experience but rather reminded of who I am." – Marcos
