
Jordan Stinson brings together yoga, functional movement, and holistic wellness to create an experience that feels both energizing and transformative. She holds a 500-hour Yoga Certification, an 80-hour advanced Neurology for Yoga Certification, and certifications in Lagree and VersaClimber. For the past seven years, she has been teaching and co-leading 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, supporting students in developing strength, mobility, and a deeper mind-body connection.
Her classes are upbeat, dynamic, and thoughtfully shaped by a wide range of movement disciplines. Whether she is guiding a fiery Vinyasa session or a breath-centered recovery practice, Jordan’s teaching is energetic, intelligent, and adaptable. She is known for powerful, feel-good flows set to a strong soundtrack, bringing both focus and momentum to each class.
Before relocating to Austin, Jordan taught full-time in Colorado, where she managed and taught at multiple studios, led events, and facilitated corporate wellness classes. As an actress and improv enthusiast, she adds creativity and playfulness to every training, making movement feel engaging, accessible, and fun.
