Born in November 1971 in Switzerland’s Engadin region, Ulrica Seiler brings together deep expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine and many years of yoga practice. She took her first yoga classes at the foot of the Himalayas in Nepal, an experience that shaped the path she would later continue in Switzerland, where she further developed her practice and earned her yoga teacher certification in 2001 through the Swiss Yoga Association.
Her training then took her to the United States, India, and England, where she was appointed an Inspired Anusara Yoga teacher in New York. In India, she also immersed herself in ayurveda, with a focus on massage and nutrition. In 2003, she began her studies to become a certified practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Switzerland, completing the four-year program in the five pillars: acupuncture, herbal medicine, tuina massage, qi gong, and nutrition.
In her work, Ulrica Seiler combines a profound understanding of TCM with intuitive insight and a naturally sensitive approach.
