I am Sasha, a Hridaya Yoga teacher, meditation instructor, and psychotherapist. In my early twenties, I was deeply involved in bohemian and intellectual life, studying and doing university research while also running my own business. Although my life looked successful and full of worldly attractions, I felt that something essential was missing.
I was constantly moving from one goal to the next, caught in an endless search for complete happiness. What I longed for was inner stillness and peace, a happiness not shaped by outside circumstances, and the freedom to live fully in the present moment without postponing life. I wanted to discover this for myself and, in doing so, be genuinely helpful to others.
That search led me to travel around the world and explore the wisdom of ancient traditions and diverse cultural approaches. I was especially inspired by Advaita Vedanta, Ramana Maharishi’s Self-Inquiry method, and Sahajananda’s teachings of Hridaya Yoga, the Yoga of the Spiritual Heart.
For more than 10 years now, I have been devoted to spiritual practice, and I am grateful for the opportunity to support others on their path.
