More Than Silence
This is not simply a meditation retreat. It is an immersion into embodied wisdom and the body’s somatic intelligence, created to help you digest unprocessed emotions, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with life from a place of centered purpose.
Grounded in non-dual tantric teachings, heart-centered meditation, and emotional digestion practices, the retreat offers a practical and authentic path to inner transformation—clear, profound, and free from new-age fluff.
What You Can Expect
Silence & Meditative Depth
Somatic & Embodiment Practices
Emotional Healing & Nervous System Mastery
Retreat Focus
This retreat is designed as a deep reset for the body, mind, emotions, and nervous system, blending non-dual meditation, embodiment, and emotional integration into one grounded transformational experience.
Meditation is approached as both a science and an art: a practice of technique, insight, and intuitive navigation through changing states of body and mind, until we arrive home in the heart.
Subtle body work and postural yoga help reveal energy flow, strengthen grounded presence, and increase awareness of mental-emotional patterns as they appear in the body.
Emotional digestion is treated as a natural skill—like the body digesting food—supporting clarity, vitality, and well-being before overwhelm or burnout takes hold.
Who This Retreat Is For
Please Note
This retreat is not intended as a relaxing spa holiday or a quick fix. It is not about escaping life, but about meeting it fully awake, fully embodied, and fully alive.
Accommodation
Twin rooms/cabins with private bathroom are available in The Veranda, a spacious four-bedroom house, and in the Jungle Casitas, designed for privacy and tranquility.
All structures are built with sustainable, locally sourced materials, including up-cycled wood, regional limestone, and palm-thatched roofing. Sunlit and surrounded by jungle, the setting offers a peaceful, safe, and intentional sanctuary.
Food
Nourishing meals are prepared with seasonal ingredients through an “edible alchemy” approach, where food is treated as medicine and every meal is designed to support healing, clarity, and connection.
The kitchen team uses local, seasonal, and organic ingredients whenever possible. Meals are colorful, abundant, and deeply nourishing, primarily plant-based, with optional additions by request.
Dietary needs such as gluten-free, dairy-free, Ayurvedic, or other requirements can be accommodated.
