Sandeep Atri

Yogi Sandeep Atri is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and a descendant of the Atri lineage, bringing both deep tradition and international teaching experience to his work. As co-founder of Anandam Yoga School, he has spent more than 10 years sharing yoga across Europe, Asia, and North America, guiding students with clarity, discipline, and care.

Born near Kurukshetra, India, he holds an M.A. in Yoga and Yoga Therapy from Uttarakhand University. His teaching style draws on a strong foundation in Ashtanga Vinyasa, arm balancing, Yoga Nidra, pranayama, and yoga therapy, making his sessions suitable for practitioners seeking both physical challenge and inner balance.
