Known in the Shipibo tradition as Pekon Bari, meaning Warrior of the Sun, Roberto is the co-founder of Inner Flight Retreat and a committed apprentice of Shipibo healing. Together with his wife, Alexandra, he returns to the Amazon every year to continue his studies through Master Plant Dietas with Maestro Francisco and Maestra Tessy, deepening his connection to this ancestral path.
Based in Costa Rica, Roberto and Alexandra host Ayahuasca and Kambo retreats guided by themselves and their Shipibo Maestros. They also accompany groups to Peru, offering participants the opportunity to study in the maestros’ ancestral homeland and experience the tradition in its original setting. His work reflects a long-term dedication to learning, service, and the preservation of sacred healing practices.
